In another law suit, Ground Zero workers sue the federal government for misleading public statements about the air quality, see the Nov. 24th, 2004 New York Daily News article.  The firm suing is Weitz and Luxemburg.

In a lawsuit is being filed against owners, managers, controllers and leasers of the World Trade Center complex, the complaints against property owners and others on behalf of over 800 plaintiffs is the first major class lawsuit on behalf of cleanup workers at Ground Zero of the World Trade Center. Thousands more are expected to join the lawsuit with over one billion dollars being sought for victim medical testing. See the January 27, 2005 press release.  The firm suing is Napoli Bern LLP.
